Please ensure that you double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you have already received a shipping notice, we are unable to update or change the address at that point. This is especially important if you are on a device that uses autofill, which frequently makes mistakes. If your package ships to the wrong address, we will have to charge you for shipping a second time to ship it properly. 

Will I get a tracking number? 
Yes! Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

How long does shipping take? 

UK orders are dispatched the same day (cutoff time is 14:00); if you place an order before 14:00, your order will be sent with Royal Mail next-day delivery service. You will get your order delivered the next day. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, then it’ll be processed on Monday.

We offer free shipping on all orders.
