THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
  • Gift Card purchases don't count towards the free shipping threshold.
  • In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.

We currently do not ship to the following places:

You'll receive an email once your order has shipped titled "Your Order is on the way", containing your tracking link. Alternatively, you can log into your Posturecorrect.co.uk Account and track your order!

ALREADY HAVE A GYMSHARK ACCOUNT?

  1. Log into your Account
  2. Check the fulfilment status for your order.
  3. If the order has been fulfilled, select the order
  4. Click on the tracking link to be directed to your tracking

Alternatively, you can use the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

WHAT IF MY TRACKING HASN'T UPDATED?

No stress! Tracking numbers typically update with couriers every 24-48 hours, however, additional delays may occur while your order is in transit.

In the first instance, check your tracking to understand if your order has been held up by the courier due to issues such as an incorrect address or Customs Fees.

If you've realised that you've entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us.

If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't panic, your order should still be on the way to you. However, if your tracking hasn't updated in 6+ working days please get in touch with our Customer Support team who will be able to assist you.

For orders placed to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands and Guam, please allow 14+ days for your tracking to update before contacting our team to investigate your order.

My order is wrong

MY ORDER IS WRONG

WHY DOES MY ORDER ONLY CONTAIN SOME OF MY ITEMS?

In the first instance, please check your shipping confirmation email titled "Your order is on the way" to see if your order is being shipped in separate parcels.

We'll always try to get your order to you in the most efficient and sustainable way possible. However, on occasions, there's a possibility that your order may come in MORE THAN ONE SHIPMENT due to stock availability and your items having to be picked from different warehouse locations.

This means your items WON'T NECESSARILY BE SHIPPED AT THE SAME TIME and you may receive an email advising that 'Some items in your order are on the way'. If this happens please don't worry, the remainder of the items in your order will arrive shortly afterwards.

You can keep an eye on the status of your orders in your Posturecorrect.co.uk Account. If your order is a split shipment, and therefore items may be delivered separately, you will see the status of your order as 'Partially Fulfilled'.

This is completely normal and there is no need to contact our support team on this occasion. However, if you experience significant delays we will, of course, be there to help.

MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED BUT IT'S WRONG

In the unlikely event you're missing an item, or have receive a wrong item/order, please contact us immediately with the following information and we'll sort that right away;

  • Your order number

  • The name of the item you didn't receive

  • A photo and the name of the item you have received (if the wrong item)

Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP!

ALL CLAIMS FOR ORDERS ARRIVING WITH MISSING/WRONG ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.

We offer free returns to the following countries;

United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland.

If your country is not listed here you may be responsible for the cost of your return.

Please don't return any damaged goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us resolving your issue.

FAKE GYMSHARK ACCOUNTS AND WEBSITES

THE WANNABES ARE BACK... DON'T GET GOT!

As Posturecorrect.co.uk grows as a global brand, more and more fake websites and fake product enter the market, but don't worry, we got your back!

Counterfeiters have become incredibly skilled at making some pretty convincing fake Posturecorrect.co.uk advertisements, which, when clicked on, will direct you to a website claiming to sell bona fide Posturecorrect.co.uk clothing, however, it's likely they're fake!

HOW TO SPOT A FAKE

Check for the Blue Verified tick;

  • If you see an ad on social media from "Posturecorrect.co.uk" but there's no blue tick - THAT'S NOT US.

  • If you see an ad on social media that sells "Posturecorrect.co.uk items, but the listed URL preview isn't Posturecorrect.co.ukTHAT'S NOT US.

  • If someone reaches out to you offering a "sponsorship deal" but there's no blue tick - THAT'S NOT US.

  • AVOID: anything with errors - if an ad has odd formatting, strange or poor-quality images, or spelling/grammar mistakes, don't click on it.

Check the URL;

  • If you see a Google ad for a "Posturecorrect.co.uk Sale" or a site that sells "Posturecorrect.co.uk" items, but the URl isn't Posturecorrect.co.uk - THAT'S NOT US.

I THINK I'VE BEEN VICTIM OF A FAKE WEBSITE...

Please report it!

We're working extremely hard with our own internal Brand Protection teams as well as external parties such as the Police, to ensure you have the best possible experience, but... we need your help!

If you come across a fake Gymshark account or advertisement, we ask that you please, please report the account to the social media platforms in question and/or the police if you've provided any personal images and/or details.

If you've made a purchase from a website you think is fake, please speak to your Bank provider, as they may be able to help! Alternatively, our Customer Support team are always on hand to help if you have any questions.

When do items restock?

WHEN DO ITEMS RESTOCK?

We can't always give a heads up about all product restocks as it's always subject to change. However, we do have a back in stock function on selected product pages, so we can notify you when they will be coming back in.

To find out when an item will restock, select the 'size out of stock' feature on our product pages (below the item sizes section). This will allow you to select the size that you want, and enter in your email address to be notified as soon as it's available - simple!

Alternatively, you can keep a close eye on our social media, blog, and sign-up to emails at the bottom of our homepage.

If the 'size out of stock' feature is not displaying on the product you are viewing, this unfortunately means it's because that particular item is not currently being restocked. But do keep your eyes peeled, because we've got some great new stuff coming in all the time, so you can find a new favourite.
